Trusted Beef Exporters from India to the Gulf Region

Our Mission

Mad Era is a UAE-based General Trading FZCO company that exports halal-certified beef from India to importers, distributors, and food businesses across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar. We are an exporter only, not a manufacturer. Our work begins at the sourcing stage in India and ends when a complete, compliant shipment reaches the buyer’s designated port across the Gulf region.

Why Indian Beef Is in High Demand Across the Gulf

Established Halal Supply Chain

Every beef processing unit in India that exports to GCC countries operates under halal-certified slaughter protocols supervised by recognized Islamic authorities. UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar customs all require a valid halal certificate for every meat import, and India’s processors have maintained this standard at commercial scale for many years, making the certification process established and reliable for Gulf buyers.

Price Advantage Over Competing Origins

Indian frozen beef is priced below equivalent product from Australia, Brazil, or Europe. For supermarket chains, restaurant groups, and food processors in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar purchasing in large volumes, this cost difference directly supports margin requirements and allows competitive pricing across GCC retail and food service markets.

Short Sea Transit Time

A reefer container from Nhava Sheva reaches Jebel Ali in 5 to 7 days, Jeddah in 10 to 13 days, Muscat in 6 to 9 days, and Doha in 8 to 11 days. Indian beef offers Gulf importers shorter and more cost-efficient transit options compared to most competing export origins, simplifying logistics cycles for buyers managing regular procurement schedules.

Year-Round Supply Without Seasonal Gaps

Indian beef processing facilities operate throughout the year. Gulf buyers placing regular container orders across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar can maintain consistent purchasing calendars without dealing with the seasonal availability constraints or price volatility that affect cattle supply in some competing origins.

APEDA-Regulated Processing Standards

Every facility exporting beef to GCC countries through Mad Era is registered with APEDA, the Government of India body that sets and audits export processing standards. APEDA registration covers hygiene, cold chain management, traceability, and documentation. Gulf buyers source from regulated, government-authorized facilities.

Strong Demand Across Gulf Food Sectors

Hotels, restaurant chains, supermarkets, food processors, and institutional catering companies across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar are consistent buyers of imported frozen beef. Indian beef meets the volume, pricing, and compliance requirements of all these segments, making it a proven protein choice throughout the GCC food industry.

Our Beef Export Process from India to GCC Ports

Step 1 - Sourcing from APEDA-Approved Facilities:

We source exclusively from APEDA-registered, halal-certified beef processing units that meet both Indian government export standards and GCC customs requirements.

Step 2 - Halal Slaughter and Processing:

All animals are slaughtered under supervision of recognized halal certification authorities, with each batch fully documented for traceability from slaughter to packing.

Step 3 - Grading and Cut Specification:

Beef is graded and cut to buyer specifications, whether standard boneless cuts or custom trim levels for food processing clients, with offals packed separately by product category.

Step 4 - Vacuum Packing and Blast Freezing:

Cuts are vacuum packed immediately after processing and blast frozen to minus 18 degrees Celsius to lock in quality before container loading.

Step 5 - Cold Storage and Pre-Cooled Container Loading:

Product is held in cold storage at the required temperature and loaded into pre-cooled reefer containers at port to maintain an unbroken cold chain from India to GCC ports.

Step 6 - Export Documentation Prepared In-House:

Mad Era prepares the full documentation set including APEDA certificate, halal certificate, veterinary health certificate, certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading before the vessel departs India.

Step 7 - Sea or Air Freight to GCC:

Sea freight from Nhava Sheva or Mundra reaches Jebel Ali in 5 to 7 days, Jeddah in 10 to 13 days, Muscat in 6 to 9 days, and Doha in 8 to 11 days. Air freight from Mumbai or Delhi delivers chilled beef to Dubai International Airport within 12 to 18 hours for time-sensitive orders.

Why GCC Importers Choose Mad Era Over Other Beef Exporters

Halal Certification on Every Single Shipment

Mad Era sources only from halal-certified facilities. The halal certificate is part of the sourcing requirement, not an afterthought. Buyers in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar receive the certificate as part of their documentation set before the vessel leaves India, with no exceptions.

Direct Sourcing from APEDA-Approved Processing Units

We source directly from registered processing facilities without intermediary agents. Direct sourcing gives GCC buyers transparent pricing, maintained product traceability, and no broker markups between the processing unit and the export container.

Unbroken Cold Chain from India to GCC Port

The cold chain begins at blast freezing and runs without interruption through cold storage, pre-cooled container loading, sea transit, and port clearance at the destination GCC port. Mad Era coordinates every stage of this process.

Complete Documentation Managed In-House

As a UAE-based General Trading FZCO with knowledge of GCC import requirements, Mad Era prepares every document internally before each shipment departs. This means no port holds, no compliance queries, and no documentation-related delays for buyers in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, or Qatar.
