Trusted Eggs Exporters from India to the Gulf Region
Our Mission
Mad Era is a UAE-based General Trading FZCO company that exports fresh table eggs from India to importers, distributors, supermarkets, hotels, bakeries, and institutional buyers across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar. We are an exporter only, not a manufacturer. We source from APEDA-registered egg suppliers in India and manage the complete export process from grading and packaging to sea or air freight and full documentation.
Why Indian Eggs Are in High Demand Across the Gulf
Price Competitiveness Against All Major Origins
Indian table eggs are priced below eggs from European, Australian, or US origins at comparable quality grades. For buyers in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar supplying supermarkets, food service operations, and institutional kitchens who purchase in large volumes on thin margins, this price difference has a direct and meaningful impact on the commercial viability of their operations.
Year-Round Availability at Commercial Scale
India’s large poultry farming sector produces eggs at commercial scale throughout the year without the seasonal supply gaps that affect smaller producer countries. Gulf importers who place regular container-load egg orders can plan procurement calendars with confidence in consistent availability regardless of season.
Short Sea Transit Preserves Shelf Life
The 5 to 7 day sea transit from Nhava Sheva or Mundra to Jebel Ali is short enough for eggs to arrive with 4 to 5 weeks of shelf life remaining. Shipments to Jeddah, Muscat, and Doha are also within practical transit ranges. This makes Indian eggs commercially viable for retail and food service buyers across the GCC who need adequate shelf life after import.
White and Brown Eggs for Every GCC Buyer Segment
India produces both white shell table eggs for mainstream retail, food service, and industrial baking, and brown eggs for premium retailers and organic food stores. Buyers in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar across all market segments can source the egg type they need from one Indian export relationship.
APEDA Registration and Food Safety Compliance
All egg suppliers Mad Era works with are registered with APEDA and operate under FSSAI food safety regulations. Every shipment is accompanied by required documentation including phytosanitary health certificates and certificate of origin, which customs authorities across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar require for fresh egg imports.
Air Freight Available for Urgent and Premium Orders
For Gulf buyers who need faster delivery or smaller quantities of premium eggs, air freight from Mumbai or Delhi to Dubai International Airport delivers eggs within 24 hours of departure. Air freight eggs arrive with full shelf life and are suitable for premium retail orders, urgent replenishment, and trial shipments for new buyers.
Our Eggs Export Process from India to GCC Ports
Step 1 – Sourcing from APEDA-Registered Egg Suppliers: We source from APEDA-registered commercial egg farms and packing stations that meet Indian government export standards and produce consistently graded export-quality eggs.
Step 2 – Candling and Quality Inspection: Every egg batch is candled to identify and remove cracked, internally damaged, or contaminated eggs before packing. Only clean, intact, commercially graded eggs proceed to the export packaging stage.
Step 3 – Grading by Size and Weight: Eggs are graded into standard international size categories. Consistent sizing within each carton ensures GCC buyers receive uniform product that meets retail or food service specifications.
Step 4 – Packing into Export Cartons or Bulk Crates: Graded eggs are packed into 30-count trays with 6 trays per master carton, giving 180 eggs per carton. Bulk plastic crates are available for bakeries and food processors. Custom branded cartons are available for GCC retail buyers.
Step 5 – Temperature-Controlled Storage Before Shipment: Packed eggs are held in temperature-controlled storage between 8 and 15 degrees Celsius before loading to preserve freshness and reduce condensation risk during transit.
Step 6 – Export Documentation Prepared In-House: Mad Era prepares the complete document set including APEDA certificate, phytosanitary health certificate, certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading or airway bill before the shipment departs India.
Step 7 – Sea or Air Freight to GCC: Sea freight from Nhava Sheva or Mundra to Jebel Ali takes 5 to 7 days, to Jeddah 10 to 13 days, to Muscat 6 to 9 days, and to Doha 8 to 11 days. Air freight from Mumbai or Delhi to Dubai delivers eggs within 24 hours for urgent or premium orders.
